Dora moved to North Myrtle Beach in 2001 with her husband, Doug. In July 2004, she became a member of Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church and immediately began serving in the children’s ministries. Over the years, she has faithfully volunteered in a variety of roles, including Nic at Nite, Sunday School, and with ACCESS Youth, investing in the lives of children and students throughout her ministry service.
Dora is also the proud parent of Devin and Margaret, both of whom were raised in the church and grew up surrounded by its faith community and ministries.
Professionally, Dora has been employed with The Home Depot for 33 years and currently serves as the Night Operations Assistant Manager in Shallotte, North Carolina. She is passionate about leadership, service, and building strong relationships both in her workplace and within her church community.
