What if I can’t see the video?

If you see the video player but do not see an image, please refresh the page (CLICK HERE) and the video player will automatically pick up to the most current place in the stream.

What do I do if the live stream is freezing or glitching?

  1. Refresh the page: CLICK HERE
  2. Check your internet connection and make sure you have a strong signal. If you do have a strong internet connection, and you are still getting freezing or glitching, close the web browser (Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc) and open up a new instance of that web browser, then try reloading
  3. If none of the above options work, there may be an issue with the stream, and our tech team will be working to get it back up as soon as they can.
