Update from ODPC Pastors and the COVID Task Force, May 20th 2021

Dear ODPC Family,

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control recently announced new guidelines regarding COVID-19 and vaccines. The CDC now states that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a face covering in most settings. Individuals are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose in a two dose series, or two weeks after a single dose vaccine.

Based on the new guidance regarding vaccine effectiveness, beginning May 19, 2021, we have modified our policy regarding face coverings to make them optional for all ODPC services and activities. We appreciate everyone’s responsible and respectful cooperation with the revised policy.

As before, our goal is to continue to provide a safe environment for members, guests, and staff, while following public health advice and applicable laws. Thank you for your continued cooperation and support.

Note: People may ultimately desire to consult with their physician and discuss their personal situation to determine their decision to vaccinate.

With Love and Blessings in Christ,

Pastors Daryle, Kelly, Mark, and the COVID Task Force
